Documents required for the candidates’ registration 

  • A copy of the ID card
  • A copy of the marriage certificate
  • Criminal record
  • A certificate from the family doctor with the specification that you are able to work
  • A Ccertificate from the workplace for those who take unpaid leave
  • Termination papers for those who terminate an employment contract
  • For unemployed people, a certificate from the unemployment office stating that the unemployment benefit was suspended
  • Copies of qualification papers
  • A copy of the driving license
  • Photos size 15×10 (overleaf write phone number, height, weight, maiden name, fax number or e-mail address)
  • Copies of birth certificates for children under the age of 21
  • The cancellation of form E101 (A1) from the House of Pensions (issued 2 weeks before the departure)
  • A certificate that proves the status of double household expenses (download here)
